Few days back, speculation was not affirmative, and yesterday, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has confirmed his move to Paris St Germain (PSG)!
According to Goal.com, Ibrahimovic indicated that he has taken a step forward in his career and stressed that he is not only thinking about the money, amid reports that he will earn €13m per year at the club.
“I wanted to thank PSG and Sporting Director, Leonardo, for their work, they made the impossible possible,” he told reporters at a press conference. This is another step in my career, another dream that has come true. This has been a massive thing in the media, people chasing me in my home. This is not normal, I will chase them back. I have come to a dream team that will progress. I want to be a part of the future, of the history of this club. I’m only thinking about what’s ahead,“ said Ibrahimovic.
He added, joining PSG is a very interesting project and that is a project that he wanted to be part of, and no doubt in his mind when PSG contacted his agent.
And with a 4-years contract deal, Ibrahimovic will be 34 and the former Milan’s striker does not rule out the French could be his last of his career. Regardless what, PSG definitely got a great buy this summer!
